ABOUT THE COLLIFLOWERS
Great mates and good times, The Colliflowers are your friendly neighbourhood indie rock band from Byron Bay/Northern Rivers, Australia!
Comprising Gary Collocott (vocals), Rachael Goddard (drums), Nelson Ludeke (lead guitar) and Alex Pereira (bass), the 4-piece delivers a dynamic fusion of indie rock and pop for the perfect sun-soaked, feel-good soundtrack.
Known for their high-energy live shows and infectious tunes, The Colliflowers have already become a well-known name in the aussie music scene, selling out headline shows in Sydney and Melbourne, touring with The Rubens, DICE, Sun Room (USA) and The Vanns, and making festival appearances at Spaced Out (QLD), Tone City Records Festival (WA), and Byron Music Festival (NSW).
Following the success of their recent release, ‘Waterhead’, the band are back with ‘San Pedro’, a cruisy, groove-rock tune that fans of Ocean Alley or Mako Road will enjoy. It’s the second preview from their highly anticipated debut EP 'Mirage Hotel', which is set to drop on September 25th!
With their debut EP just around the corner, a national headline tour kicking off in October, and a spot at Rolling Sets Festival in November, The Colliflowers are showing no signs of slowing down!
Join the Colli Club and get amongst the good times!
Meet the Band
"With their electric bendy guitar licks and emotionally charged lyrics, watching The Colliflowers play was like witnessing a delightful musical orgy of layered sounds that just worked so damn well."
Stephanie Jewell, The Rockpit
“Big ups, you guys. The blend of smoked-out psych and modern Australian rock is done with the same kind of vibe as locals such as Ocean Alley, Vanilla Gorilla, and more.”
Dave Ruby Howe, Triple J
"The Colliflowers sound, a fusion of classic Aussie rock with a sprinkle of indie magic, is the kind of musical elixir that we obsess over here at Happy Mag."
Tammy Moir, Happy Mag
"Definitely makes sense that both DICE and The Vanns have swept you up on their tours! You've got that sound perfect for a summer night at the pub!"
Sara Glaidous, Triple J
